Mental Health Autism's Guide for GPs on autistic mental health. They have also produced tools for assessing suicide risk and symptoms of depression in autistic patients, and a safety plan template which you could complete with them.

The National Autistic Society have produced many articles for professionals around topics like suicide, self-harm, supporting pregnant autistic patients. There's also a professional guide to autistic burnout.
